Account Specialist

Heirloom empowers virtual Account Specialists for customer success.  Account Specialists answer phones, respond to chat, correspond by email, and provide video onboarding for new accounts.  They are energetic, compassionate, and driven to serve others.  If you have experience in sales or customer service, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships with clients and help grow Heirloom.

Responsibilities:

  • Use your own laptop/desktop and internet connection to engage accounts
  • Be the main point of communication with all contacts
  • Negotiate our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Advise customers on a variety of media digitizing options
  • Coordinate orders with the operations team
  • Onboard new cloud subscription customers
  • Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to customer queries to find solutions
  • Engage with the leadership team as required
  • Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
  • Respond to inbound clients by telephone, chat, email, and video
  • Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues

Skills:

  • Proven 2+ years experience in sales or a sales support role
  • Proven 1+ years experience in CRM (or comparable digital system)
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Workplace; familiarity with HubSpot
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Assertiveness and confidence
  • Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in business is a plus

Job Type:  Full-Time Employment and Equity Positions available.

Pay:  Negotiable, but starting at $20.00 per hour equivalent.
